1. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection

1.1. By providing their personal data on the Internet store's website during registration or order placement, the Buyer gives the Seller their voluntary consent to the processing, use (including transfer) of their personal data, as well as the performance of other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection,' without limitation of the term of such consent.

1.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. It is not considered a breach for the Seller to provide information to counterparties and third parties acting under an agreement with the Seller, including for the fulfillment of obligations to the Buyer, as well as in cases where the disclosure of such information is required by the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.3. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date. The Seller is not responsible for the inadequate performance or non-performance of their obligations due to the inaccuracy of information about the Buyer or its inconsistency with reality.

2. Other Conditions

2.1. This agreement is concluded on the territory of Ukraine and is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.2. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to resolve the disputed issue through negotiations, the Buyer and/or the Seller have the right to seek resolution of the dispute in the courts in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally as provided in section 5.2.1 of the Agreement. In addition, changes to the Agreement may also be made by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Internet Store Security Policy

The administration of the internet store guarantees that the personal data provided to the website will be used properly.

The personal data and contact information of the website user/customer (the 'User') will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with the User's consent (as indicated below).

The administration of the internet store agrees not to send unwanted or unsolicited emails (spam) to Users, except for important business or communication emails to which the User has given consent. This includes greetings and information about ongoing discounts.

Registered Users can quickly and easily unsubscribe from receiving emails by simply clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the end of one of the emails.

User rights regarding the processing of their personal data are established in the Personal Data Protection Act and include, among other things, the right to update or delete personal data from the internet store's information system. The User also has the right to receive a copy of personal data processed by the internet store and the right to appeal to the Data Protection Authority of Ukraine in case of suspicion of unauthorized use of personal data.

Other Ways of Obtaining Information

In addition to obtaining data through the website, the User may be offered to provide their personal data through written correspondence with the administration of the internet store, in a phone conversation with the administration of the internet store, when placing an order, submitting a service request, during the registration of purchased goods for warranty and post-warranty service, registration for participation in interactive surveys, or any business offers, in the process of exchanging real-time text messages, and so on. In such cases, the User will be separately asked to consent to the processing of their personal data by the administration of the internet store if such consent is required by law.

Purpose of Personal Data Collection and Processing

Employees of the internet store are obligated to respect the confidentiality of information provided by Users in accordance with applicable laws. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties in cases where the administration of the internet store reasonably deems it necessary. This may also occur for the purpose of preventing fraud, fulfilling obligations, protecting the rights of the internet store, or in cases of corporate changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, sales, or purchases of company assets, and so on.

Automatically Recorded Information (Non-Personal Data)

Upon entering the site (as a registered user), some non-personal information (browser type, number of visits, average visit duration, visited pages) is automatically recorded. This information is used to appropriately respond with the aim of improving the website's content and functionality. This information may be used by the administration of the internet store in the future or shared with third parties, except in cases where the User requests to cease such usage by contacting the store's email address.

The administration of the internet store intends to protect and manage the personal data of all users of its websites in accordance with Ukrainian law and the Personal Data Protection Act.
